- All return requests must be submitted within 14 Days of order being received.
- Items must be posted for return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit,
- All products are eligible for return, except in cases where:
- Products lack original packaging.
- Damage is due to customer mishandling.
- Products have missing or broken parts, due to customer's fault.
- Prior return approval is required before shipping items back.
- All returns must be shipped within 14 days, after return request is approved.
- Items posted after 30 Days of original delivery date, can no longer be accepted for return and may be returned to you or discarded at our discretion.

- Free Return Label: We provide one free return label for your convenience.
- Additional Labels: Should you require additional return labels, these will be available at a cost, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
