Products are missing their original packaging Products that have been damaged by the customer. Products with missing or broken parts. Products that have been damaged by the customer. Products where an Order ID cannot be provided. Evidence provided of Manufacturer originated damage have not been approved.
Making a Return or Arranging a Replacement
