Wholesale Amended Policy

Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale partner with Wolph. We value our wholesale relationships and aim to provide a seamless and mutually beneficial partnership. Please review the following policies and guidelines to ensure a successful wholesale experience:

1. Wholesale Pricing and Minimum Order Quantities:

   • Wholesale pricing is exclusively available to approved wholesale partners.
   • Minimum order quantities of 50 apply to each wholesale order.
   • Wholesale prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any adjustments will be communicated in advance.

2. Ordering and Payment:

   • Wholesale orders can be placed through our support team, or through a self-service wholesale link.
   • Payments must be made in full before the order is shipped.
   • We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal or other agreed-upon payment methods.

3. Shipping and Delivery:

   • Wholesale orders are eligible for free Economy within 2 - 4 weeks.
   • Premium Shipping methods can be applied on customer's request at additional cost.
   • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the wholesale order.
   • Delivery times will vary depending on the availability of products and order volume.
   • We strive to process and ship wholesale orders within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
   • All Wholesale Orders will be delivered  Import Duty Free, except when explicitly advised otherwise by a support agent during or after your order.

4. Returns and Exchanges:

   • Wholesale orders are final and non-returnable, except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise.
   • In the event of a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 30 business days of receiving the order.
   • We may request supporting documentation, such as photos or detailed descriptions, to process the unit refund or replacement.
   • Re-delivery shipping costs for unit defects or damaged items will be covered by Wolph

5. Marketing and Branding:

   • We appreciate your support in promoting our products to your customers.
   • Proper branding and attribution must be maintained when displaying or selling our products.
   • Any marketing materials provided by Wolph should be used in accordance with our branding guidelines.

6. Confidentiality:

   • Wholesale partners are expected to keep all pricing, product information, and wholesale policies confidential.
   • Sharing this information with unauthorized parties may result in the termination of our wholesale partnership.
